The impact goes beyond the experience

I came back from Boston feeling like my ceiling had been shattered. Talking to MIT researchers and to executives who took such bold paths made me understand that I can occupy those spaces too. The immersion changed how I see my business and, above all, how I see myself.

Camila, CEO in digital education

The visit to Babson College was a turning point. For the first time, I saw innovation as something simple and applicable. The workshops with other incredible women gave me the clarity and courage to scale my health company. I left a different person

Júlia, healthtech founder

Harvard was always a distant dream. Being there, listening to professors and entrepreneurs I've admired for years, gave me a confidence I had never felt. I met extraordinary women and came back with a network that is priceless

Renata, partner at a strategy consultancy

Before the immersion, I felt very alone leading my company. In Boston, I found women who face the same challenges I do. The exchanges were so deep that I came back with new friends, mentors and even a business partnership already bearing fruit.

Patrícia, e-commerce CEO

The panel with innovation executives was the most transformative moment. I realized I was thinking far too small. I came back determined to restructure my operation and, three months later, hit my highest annual revenue.

Letícia, AI startup founder

The immersion pulled me out of my routine and placed me in an environment where excellence is the baseline. Being at MIT, talking about technology and women's leadership, made me see that I can go much further. It was the most valuable experience of my career.

Adriana, entrepreneur in sustainable fashion

Right environment.
Right connections.
Inevitable growth.

The decisions you make now define where you'll be next year.

Answering some frequently asked questions

How does Mulheres Elétricas work?

Mulheres Elétricas is an in-person program in Boston, one of the largest business and innovation ecosystems in the world. The program runs for 1 week in Boston, in the United States, including visits to renowned institutions such as Harvard, MIT and Babson College, the world's leading entrepreneurship school. The entire program is designed with specialists and market references to facilitate networking and business and career connections, contributing to female entrepreneurship.

What is included in the program?

Mulheres Elétricas includes the in-person immersion in Boston, with a Welcome Dinner on November 22, and the full schedule from November 23 to 27, with breakfast and lunch included on every in-person day, plus access to a life long learning community, with an app, so the women can stay in touch and keep building business and career connections.

What are the payment options?

By credit card, either in full or split into monthly charges. How many monthly charges are available depends on when you register — every charge has to be completed before the program starts, so the options shrink as November approaches. The checkout page shows exactly what is available to you today.

Who organizes the program?

Carol Gilberti, a senior executive in Venture Capital, innovation and startup ecosystems, founder of Mubius WomenTech Ventures and a Global Corporate Venturing award winner, together with the expertise of Academy Abroad, founded by physician and entrepreneur Rafael Kenji, with over 10 years of experience running executive immersions in cities such as Boston, Paris, Geneva and in China. The entire schedule is co-organized with professors, researchers and directors from Harvard and MIT, who are mentors of the program.

Are meals included in the program?

Breakfast and lunch are included on every in-person day of the program. Dinner, afternoon coffee and other snacks are the participant's responsibility, except for the Welcome Dinner, held on the Sunday before the schedule begins, as part of the official opening of the immersion.

Are flights and accommodation included?

No. To preserve each participant's autonomy, flights and accommodation are the responsibility of each registrant. The organizing team offers support for any questions.

Is there a discount at any hotel?

Each participant is responsible for her own visa, flights and accommodation. There are partnerships with hotels such as the Hilton Garden Inn Brookline, with rates between $350 and $450 per night, which can be split between up to 2 people in double rooms with 2 Queen Size beds. Booking is the participant's responsibility, with support from the Mulheres Elétricas team.

What do I need in order to attend Mulheres Elétricas?

A valid US visa and travel insurance are required. The insurance policy must be presented before the trip and is the participant's responsibility. The visa can be a tourism/business visa (B1/B2).
